By looking at his resume, it is clear that Ken is by far the most qualified candidate in this race. While Ken's opponents may tout rudimentary skills like being competent with a firearm or making contact with civilian communities, the top job of Sheriff demands so much more. Experience, creativity, and having the muscle memory of leadership inherent in your professional fiber are needed to keep Washtenaw County safe. Ken is the only candidate in this race with the experience necessary to lead an organization as large and as important as the Washtenaw County Sheriff's Office. If you have any questions about Ken's experience or resume (or my plans to revolutionize the Sheriff’s department and rid it of corruption) feel free to reach out.
Ken is the first of the three candidates to release and publish his 2022 and 2023 IRS Form 1040. He hopes to set an example within the County for all candidates on the Washtenaw County Democratic primary ticket to have full transparency of their personal and business finances, particularly Sheriff candidates, who are more prone than others to corruption and deceit. This is yet another example of Ken showing that he is the change that Washtenaw County needs.
